Usage directions found on www.vitaviva.com should be considered as suggestions and not recommendations. A doctor should always be consulted before using any dietary supplements, herbs etc.

www.vitaviva.com are produced, tested and approved in the United States of America and comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocol.
All products on
www.vitaviva.com have been approved by the Dutch legislation and are therefore legal to import for private use within the EU and EEA countries.
Note for Norwegian customers Individuals may import Dietary supplements for private use for a period of 90 days. If this period is exceeded, such products may be confiscated and destroyed by the Norwegian customs authority. In such an event, the customer will still liable for the full order, and therefore charged for it.
If a customer’s purchase exceeds NOK 195,- excl. handling and shipping, additional taxes may be added by the Norwegian customs authority. It is possible and legal for a Norwegian customer to send an order to e.g. Sweden and carry the supplements across the border without any additional taxes or restrictions.

Prices, VAT and taxes Currencies are automatically updated daily. All prices are automatically calculated from the base currency in €. This may result in varying prices, when a currency other than € is used. All prices are excluding VAT (Value Added Tax).
Payment methods Vitaviva accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and for some countries it will also be possible to make bank transfer payments.
Because of the security measures associated with payment via the internet, shopping on the internet is one of the safest ways of using your credit card. Vitaviva uses Bibit Internet Services to handle transactions. This means that when a customer enters his or her credit card information it is processed on Bibit Internet services' secure server, and none of the entered information is stored.
Shipping and delivery Orders placed before 3 pm CET will be shipped out the same day providing all products are on stock. Delivery time is 3-4 days from the shipping date. Vitaviva uses TNT for shipments in most of Europe, however we reserve the right to use TNT with track and trace for certain countries for an additional charge (this will be shown when choosing country at the checkout form).
Because TNT has most deliveries handled by the local postal system, deliveries are mostly done during working hours. Vitaviva therefore recommends customers to use a delivery address where a person is available to accept the package during normal delivery hours.
Prices for shipping vary according to weight.
Returned and uncollected shipments If you have problems or questions regarding your order you can send an email to
viva@vitaviva.comVitaviva retains the right to charge a 10% or a min. of € 7.- restocking fee for any uncollected, rejected or returned packages. The restocking fee will be waived if a mistake has been made by Vitaviva or the postal service resulting in the return of a package. Any return cost incurred in such a situation will be refunded by Vitaviva.
