Short description
Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a vitamin B-like substance composed of the amino acid glycine attached to two methyl groups. It was formerly known as pangamic acid and vitamin B15, but it has never been recognized as a true B-vitamin. Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a nutrient which is found in the cells of both plants and animals. The human body produces DMG in very small amounts. Dimethylglycine has been found effective in supporting immune system function and in improvig the utilization of oxygen at the cellular level. It also might reduce lactic acid build up in the muscles, thereby shortening recovery time after strenuous exercise and improving endurance.
