15 Day Cleanse is a targeted short-term programme combining fibre, lactic acid bacteria and plant extracts traditionally used in digestive supplements. It is designed to be taken over 15 consecutive days as part of a structured routine, making it a convenient option for those looking to reset their daily habits and support digestive balance.

The formula contains psyllium husk, a well-known fibre that contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool bulk, alongside botanicals such as senna and cascara sagrada, traditionally used in cleansing routines. It also includes Lactobacillus acidophilus, a naturally occurring lactic acid bacterium, plus ingredients like aloe vera and flaxseed.

For best results, the cleanse should be combined with a balanced, healthy diet and good hydration, as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

Suggested use: 
For occasional use only: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with a large glass of water.

For a short-term cleansing program: 1 to 2 capsules taken at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to 15 days. 

This product should be taken along with a sensible diet. It is recommended that you stay clear of alcohol, refined sugars, gluten, and dairy during the 15 day cleanse period for optimal results.

WARNING: This product contains cape aloe (Aloe ferox), cascara sagrada, and senna leaves. This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid because of the Psyllium which swells when consuming it. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty swallowing. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhoea or loose stools. Do not use this product for more than one week nor exceed the recommended daily dose. Rectal bleeding and/or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition. Should this occur, or if you have a known medical condition and are taking medication, consult your physician prior to taking this or any dietary supplement. 

There may be cases of extreme discomfort, abdominal pains, nausea, and dizziness. If these symptoms occur during the cleanse, immediately stop using the capsules.

I have been doing the 15 day cleanse a few times and with good results. It's a though cleanse, but each time I experience better skin and better sleep. As a bonus it provides you with a small weight loss, which is something I have been struggling with. I experience less bloating and less craving for sweets during and after the cleanse. It's a great product to reset the body and cleanse the gut, but still being able to eat healthy and real food.
